In P.S. there  is one more letter from the USA from Chris Baer.

I think it can help us to organise tomorrow's day better.

Here is a classic English humour video, the link to which has been sent to me by Zhenia Koval,
the gymnasium school leaver 2003. Do you remember that he visited our gymnasium on 1st September.
It's nice to hear from him again. Zhenia hopes our site readers enjoy the video and appriciate English humour.

The pupils of the 8th form have started learning a new topic. It's about music.
Very soon they are going to create projects about their favourite music and best performers.
Music gives us that special opportunity to dive into the unique world of sounds.

My friend Ms Androsiuk ( the former Troyeshchyna gymnasium teacher of English
and the director of studies in the gymnasium, now a teacher at Taras Shevchenko University)

On Wednesday September 22nd we went to the park which is behind the cinema "Florenze".

We were taking photos for our photo gallery because after 9th grade a few of  my classmates leave school and begin to study at  colleges.

We were taking photos with our friends. We also did a general photo.

It was a really good day because we spent some time together and because we missed our lessons.

In the park we spent about one and a half hour,so after this we went to a fast-food restaurant.

So in general my feelings were good. What are (were) your feelings in the 9th grade?

At the beggining of September to our gymnasium came a teacher from America whose name is Russell Wright, and he came to Ukraine with a special project which sends interesting teachers from America to other countries of the world!
And Mr. Russel chose the "Troyeshchyna" gymnasium in Kyiv - the capital of Ukraine.
When our group of 9-"Б" form came to our classroom , our teacher Natalia Ivanivna said  that now the group of 9-"B" form and their teacher Lesia Pavlivna would join us!
We didn't know why it happened , but in a few minutes to our classroom came two men.

I've just heard amazing news. There are going to be tourniquets set at the entry of gymnasium! But is it good news?...

Imagine a situation. Gymnasium entry. Every student carries a swipe card. They swipe when they come in and come out. Their parents receive a text message to their mobile phones. On the one side, it's so cool. Hi-tech. Like in Europe or in Britain. On the other side, some pupils won't like it, as it's a severe control. Teens don't like severe control.

But if to look objectvely, it will surely improve attendance in school...

So, what do you think about this innovation?
