Day of communication in English with Germans
Yesterday we went to see Kyiv with the Germans who have come to our gymnasium as exchange students. It was a good opportunity to communicate in English.
Our head teacher and German teachers were with us!
When we travelled by boat we were taking photos in front of beautiful scenery of our Ukranian capital! Kyiv is an extremely beautiful city.
First we went by subway to the posting area. Then we went on a boat trip. It was very funny. The girls are very good. We love them because they are so interesting and sociable! They told us about their German culture, customs and traditions.
We liked communicating with them because they are very open and sincere. Me, Marianna, my friend Kate and other girls from our gymnasium found new friends!
Girls liked this trip and they were very satisfied. After our travelling all wanted to eat and some of the girls wanted to go shopping so we drove to our big shop in Troeshchyna called "Skymall". We were so hungry so we went on the third floor in McDonald's, all of us went together and bought hamburgers, coca cola and many other delicious meals. While we ate girls told us that they are impressed by Kyiv and they were very impressed by the beauty of our city. After having eaten we went shopping. Me , Catherine and Alia Chertova went with a girl- her name is Kiara. She is very nice, and while we went shopping she bought herself a pair of new shoes. We walked till seven in the evening.
So it was a very good talk with girls in English and I hope that next year they will come back to us!
