On Wednesday, 12 October, the School English Olympiad for 9th forms was held in gymnasium.
13 pupils in year 9 took part in it, but only seven of them are winners.
So, here are the results:
I place:
Yevtushenko Ella, 9-B - 115
Mayakov Ivan, 9-V - 109
II place:
Blonskiy Andriy, 9-V - 98
Kozoriz Victor, 9-A - 95
III place:
Derevyanko Nataliya, 9-B - 92
Koval' Angela, 9-V - 92
Berdychevska Natalya, 9-A - 88
 But what is also important, although some pupils haven't won any places, they did success in particular parts of contest.This are, for example, Vasylenko Iryna, 9-B (26 out of 30 in speaking), Oborska Anna, 9-G (23 out of 30 in writing).
The atmosphere in the class was very friendly and warm. It seemed to me that we weren't competing but having challenge for ourselves. That's why I didn't feel nervous at all (can't speak of others).
The tasks weren't very difficult, except of the text from Listening. But the problem about it was that it was too long and complicated.
We sincerely congratulate the winners and wish them good luck in the District Olympiad!!!
