    Milk - 3 soup spoon
    Cacao - 2 soup spoon
    Meal - 4 soup spoon
    Butter - 3 soup spoon
    Baking powder - 1\3 teaspoon

    Mix everything in a bowl and put in the microwave. at power max. 3m!
