Personality is the center of attention. The basis for practical realization of this conception is a systematic approach to the process of creating the best conditions for moral, humanistic and physical development of the personality that is ruled by national and universal cultural values. Teachers can apply for a job if they get through a net of tests.

First of all, I flatter myself with the thought that we have managed to create a theoretic model of an establishment of a new type, which has its own image, special and unique ; but the most important thing is that we have gathered teachers who constantly, step by step, make it come true. The future of education in general and establishments of a new type in particular will depend on the formation of Ukraine as a democratic civilized society.

Troyeshchyna Gymnasium (organized in 1992) is not just a place of work where creative colleagues are ready to share their teaching ideas, to support with an encouraging look or friendly smile. It’s also a place where I happily spend much of my life time watching the growth of pure souls of Ukraine, which gives me lots of joy and hope for the future.
