For this sweet you will need these ingredients :
3 cups of lemon juice
25 grams (about 2 spoonfulls) of lemon acid
fourth part of salt
50 grams of quick-dissolving gelatin
At first put three cups of lemon juice in the pan on the stove and bring it to boil .
Then, add lemon acid and salt to this mixture and mix it .
After that slowly add gelatin and mix it to homogeneous solution and take a pan and take it on windowsill.
When it cools down you will take it to fridge.After two hours take it from the fridge.
