Cream (20% and 33% fat) - 200 ml and 100 ml of chocolate
Coconut - 200g.
Milk Chocolate - 300g.
Sugar - 85g.
Butter - 50g.
1. On low heat melt the butter, cream and sugar. Remove from heat and add the coconut, stir.
2. All these put a lot into a form close and remove the cold an hour.
3. After that form the candy, and again remove the cold 2-3 hours.
4. Heat the chocolate and cream together.
5. Dip candy in chocolate, chocolate to harden.
