    Easter Wreath

    Easter Wreaths.

    While baking paskies, leave a little part of pastry.

    Roll it into a long sausage(15 cm).

    Cut it in three parts.

    Braid a plait putting one part of the pastry over another.

    Cover an egg with oil & put it into the middle of the wreath.

    Leave it in a warm place for 20 minutes to rise.

    Cover the wreath with mixture of sugar & an egg.

    Bake it in a hot oven.

    When it is ready,take out the egg,wash it & dye the egg in coluorful liquid.

    Put  the coloured egg back  into the wreath.

    Enjoy your Easter Wreath.
